Recently my mom, who is 92 with Alzheimer’s and I made a trip to Las Vegas. Unfortunately my car broke down. I was advised by friends we were visiting to have it towed to your place and told you had a good reputation.

I feel that you more than lived up to that reputation. From my first encounter with you from the time I picked up my car you were helpful and went beyond what your job requires. Although it was Sat. evening and you were closing you took the time to write up a work sheet and first thing Mon. morning you started working on my car, was up front about the repairs needed and the cost of those repairs.

Although you were having some problems with the car and would have preferred another day to work on my automobile, when you heard I needed to get home because my mom had a doctor’s appointment Tues. morning, you went that extra mile to finish the job that same day. Your courtesy, friendliness and hard and honest work was greatly appreciated.
